CONFEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE BUYERS AND INVESTORS' ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (CREBAI) is formed with an objective of giving a voice to all the homebuyers, commercial property buyers, real estate investors and other stakeholders on a national platform.

As we all know that currently there are many policies made by Government of India for welfare of homebuyers/real estate buyers but implementation of such policies are not good enough. In many cases buyers are being harassed by Development Authorities and builders.

We have consumer forums to put our issues, we have RERA and now we have Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. But one question is still arises whether all such platforms are successful in giving solution and justice to all the real estate buyers.

We have seen many changes in Real Estate Sector after implementation of RERA but when a builder has chosen to be a defaulter, there is no solution for the buyers.

Any Law, Any Act and Any Rule is only applicable on those who are seriously want to solve the problems. But for the defaulters, who have diverted all the money in their person accounts, purchased numerous properties in the name of their family members and have no intention to solve the problems of homebuyers/real estate buyers, there is no solution at all. All such homebuyers felt abandoned and Courts are also unable to give solution to such problems.

For all such buyers CREBAI with the help of an experienced team of professionals is working on practical solutions. After studying the projects and its problems, our team is working out of the box to give solution to the problems of such abandoned buyers.

Presently the team of CREBAI is working on 5 projects of Delhi NCR having similar issues. Representing the buyers of such projects in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India with an alternate solution which can end these long pending issues of almost 4000 buyers of Delhi NCR.

With a practical and creative approach and a will to solve the different issues of homebuyers/real estate buyers, we have formed CREBAI to approach every possible platform irrespective of nature whether it is Development Authorities, State Government, Central Government, RERA, NCLT or Supreme Court.

We call all the Homebuyers' association, Commercial project buyers' associations and Real Estate Investor to join us in this national movement.

Our primary and only objective is to put an end to all the problems of Real Estate Buyers and Investors of India.
